An awareness seminar on alternative Crop Cultivation For Formers at The Raithu Vedhika at Domakonda and Bibipeta Mandal Centers.

District Collector Jitesh V Patil,IAS said Farmers should Cultivate Alternative crops that are in demand in the Market. An Awareness Seminar on Alternative crop Cultivation was Organized under the auspices of the Department of Agriculture on Thursday at Raithu Vedhika in Domakonda and Bibipeta Mandal Centers. The Collector was the chief guest at the conference. Alternative crops include sunflower, millet, sesame and groundnut. Farmers who have contracted with seed companies and rice mill owners can cultivate the rice crop.
