Zaheerabad MP Shri Bibi Patil was speaking as the chief guest at a program to distribute assistive devices under the auspices of the Department of Welfare of Women, Infants, the Disabled and the Elderly in the Integrated District Offices Complex. He said Aligarh district in Uttar Pradesh was first identified as part of a pilot project in the country to provide assistive devices.
