The District Collector held a teleconference with Officials of the Excise, Police, Revenue and Agriculture Departments on the eradication of Cannabis cultivation.

District Collector Jitesh V Patil,IAS said that the farmer Rythu bandhu will be abolished for the farmers who cultivate Cannabis. On 11-02-2022 Friday, he held a teleconference with officials from the Excise, Police, Revenue and Agriculture Departments on cannabis eradication. Officials from the Excise, Police, Revenue and Agriculture Departments have been asked to work in coordination to prevent the cultivation of cannabis.
