The District Collector was the Chief Guest at the Surya Namaskara program at Saraswati Shishu Mandir School in Kamareddy town.

District Collector Shri Jatesh V Patil,IAS said that yoga contributes to overall health. The district collector was speaking as the chief guest at a yoga sun salutation program with Yajna as part of the Azad Amrita Mahotsav program on Monday at Saraswati Shishu Mandir School in Kamareddy town. It has been suggested that doing asanas gives peace of mind. It is said that doing yoga brings happiness and peaceful living.
