Sarva Pindi is a famous breakfast dish of Kamareddy,Telangana. It is a pancake prepared from rice flour, chana dal, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. The mixture of grains, pulses, and spices makes it a lip-smacking dish. It is cooked in a deep, round shaped pan and to preserve the sanctity of the recipe, it is pertinent to make holes in the rolled out dough mixture before cooking it.
