Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple Located in Banda Rameshwarpalle Village, Machareddy mandal of Kamareddy District, This Temple also well known as Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple and Banda Rameshwara Swamy Temple. The main presiding deity here is also fondly called as Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swayambhu Kshetram. This is a very ancient temple, Temple was built during the Kakatiya period on the orders of King Rajeshwara, a devotee of Lord Shiva. The total temple and pillars are carved on the large rock,

The temple is thronged by thousands of devotees during festivals especially Shivarathri and other auspicious occasions.

By Air

At present, there is no functional airport in Kamareddy . The closest airport is the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad, at a distance of 150km.

By Train

You can reach kamareddy from Secundrabad(SC) or Kacheguda(KCG) by travelling in a train. Kacheguda to Kamareddy train takes approximately 2 hours 22 minutes. From Nizamabad to Kamareddy trains are available, Nizamabad to Kamareddy train takes approximately 1hour.

By Road

Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple is around 13kms from Machareddy, 19Kms from Kamareddy, around 110 Kms from Hyderbad on the National Highway NH-44. From Kamareddy to Siddipet via Dubbaka Express/Ordinary Buses Travel through Banda Rameswarpalle.
